For COD orders, full payment must be made at the time of delivery. Failure to accept or pay for a confirmed COD order may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

While we aim to deliver orders within the stated timeframes, delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, adverse weather conditions, or public holidays.
