Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders only.
For COD orders, our delivery partner may contact you prior to delivery to confirm your availability and payment details.
Please ensure that the payment is ready in full at the time of delivery. Failure to accept or pay for a COD order may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
2. Delivery Timeframes
We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Colombo 1–15: 1–3 working days from the date of order placement
- Colombo suburbs & outstation locations: 3–7 working days from the date of order placement
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier workload, seasonal demand, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Non-Delivery Days
No deliveries are made on Sundays.
Orders placed on Public Holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
4. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed on working days between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
You may receive an SMS, email, or phone call from our delivery partner regarding your order status and delivery arrangements.
5. Delivery Communication
For COD orders, the delivery agent will usually contact you prior to delivery.
If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier may reschedule your delivery for the next available working day.
6. General Notes
- All delivery schedules are subject to the availability of stock
- Any changes or delays will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible
