Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling Before Dispatch

You may request to cancel your order before it is dispatched.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@keyonshoes.lk, +94764003004 with your order number.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and, for prepaid orders, arrange a refund to your original payment method.


2.  Orders Already Dispatched

Orders that have already been dispatched or are out for delivery cannot be cancelled.

In such cases, you may receive the item and, if eligible, follow our Return & Refund Policy to return it.


3.  Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Repeated refusal of COD parcels or frequent cancellations may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
  • Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.
 

4.  Refunds for Cancelled Orders

 If a cancellation is approved before dispatch:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to your original payment
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card
 

5.  Changes to Orders

Requests to change an order (such as size, model, or delivery address) can only be made

before dispatch and are subject to product availability.

Please contact us as early as possible if you need to make changes.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy, which forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to update this policy from time to time, with changes published on our website and a revised “Last updated” date.
