1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return period . You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be in the same condition as when you received it
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Have all tags and labels attached
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.


3.How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


4. Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item or size

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.


5. Customer-Fault Returns

If a return or exchange is requested due to a customer error (such as ordering the wrong size, color, or item), the customer will be responsible for the delivery cost to return the product.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or worn footwear
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Items without original tags or labels
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • All socks (standard and custom) – socks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item (for example, for a different size):

  • Request a return for the original item.
  • Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.

This process ensures faster processing and accurate order management.

Exchange Shipping Costs

When requesting an exchange, the customer is responsible for:

  • The return delivery fee for the original item
  • The shipping cost for the replacement item

8. WhatsApp Order Exchanges

For exchanges related to orders originally placed through WhatsApp, customers must provide their invoice as proof of purchase when requesting the exchange.


9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

By placing an order, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy and acknowledge that it forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
