2. Return & Refund Policy
2.1 Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
2.2 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In the same condition as when you received it
- In the original packaging
- With all tags and labels attached
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
2.3 How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
2.4 Damages & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

- You received the wrong item or size
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
2.5 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different size), the fastest way is:

3. Shipping & Delivery Policy
3.1 Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders.
- Our delivery partner may contact you prior to delivery to confirm availability and payment details for COD orders.
3.2 Delivery Timeframes
- Colombo 1–15: Estimated delivery within 1–3 working days.
- Colombo suburbs & outstation: Estimated delivery within 3–7 working days from the date of order placement.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, courier workload, seasonal demand, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3.3 Non-Delivery Days
- No deliveries are made on Sundays.
- Orders placed on Public Holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
3.4 Order Processing
Orders are typically processed on working days between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. You may receive an SMS, email, or call from the delivery partner regarding your delivery.
3.5 Delivery Communication
For COD orders, the delivery agent will usually contact you prior to delivery. If you miss a delivery attempt, the courier may reschedule for the next available day.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancelling Before Dispatch
You may request to cancel your order before it is dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@keyonshoes.lk with your order number.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and, for prepaid orders, arrange a refund to your original payment method.
4.2 Orders Already Dispatched
If your order has already been dispatched or is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may receive the item and then follow our Return & Refund Policy if you wish to return it (subject to eligibility).
4.3 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders:
- Repeated refusal of COD parcels or frequent cancellations may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
